How Can We Help?
1. Monthly invoices
Once you have provided your billing details, monthly invoices are issued and automatically billed your payment details. We will send you email confirmation within a few hours of payment being taken. If for whatever reason your payment details fail, we will notify you, and try taking the payments again. If after 3 attempts, we have still failed to successfully take payment, your subscription will be suspended. In order to ensure that we can get you back up and running as soon as the problem is resolved, we will not delete any of your apps, and customers will still be able to download your apps.

2. Plan pricing
Please see our pricing page for the latest pricing. If you switch plans part the way through the billing period, we will pro-rota a refund or extra charge for that period accordingly.
